Red River Gorge is the birthplace of the phrase, “Stronger Girl,” and, there’s simply no better place in Kentucky for fall foliage. Dappled Light Adventures, a 50-acre cliffside property in Zoe, Kentucky, is just a few minutes from Red River Gorge. We’ll have access to the entire property, which includes trails, 10 glamping tents with electricity, private porches, fire pits and access to a bathhouse and main cabin.

Relaxed programming starts with a community social hour and dinner on Friday with a creative icebreaker, a campfire circle and activities designed to spark reflection and intention. Saturday includes optional, self-guided crafts, hikes and journal prompts that encourage connection with nature. Self-served breakfasts will be hosted in the main cabin where glampers are invited to enjoy a coffee bar and views of incredible fall color on the back deck. We’ll pack picnic lunches and participate in a community hike, optional afternoon yoga and a scavenger hunt on Saturday, with takeout from Miguel’s Pizza that evening*. Glampers are invited to participate in group activities, but there is also plenty of time for individual hiking, journaling, quiet reading or afternoon snoozes. Both early risers and late sleepers are welcome. The pace for hiking is relaxed and easy-to-moderate in difficulty, including short excursions to a small waterfall area and a massive rock overhang. Saturday’s community hike offers a must-see view from a cliffside overlook. Sunrise coffee and evening s’mores around the campfire will be celebrated each day. The programming is designed for extroverts and introverts to comfortably co-exist and for creatives to share their talents either in a group setting or privately on their own. Focused on the connections with have with nature — and each other — the 2024 Stronger Girl Glampout encourages you to “Let Go and Grow.”

*Miguel's Pizza is suggested, This is an add-on and can be optional.

Natural Bridge Skylift - This is a fun adventure all on its own and offers an easy way to experience one of the most photographed areas in Red River Gorge. This is an optional outing to be booked before arriving on Friday or on the way home on Sunday.

Saturday night's take out dinner from Miguels Pizza is also an add-on.

$375 -- Includes lodging (2 nights - Sunday & Monday) in a glamping tent with access to bath house and main cabin; community dinner, picnic lunch, snacks, programming, campfires, nature crafts and access to 50-acre campsite. Bring a friend and reserve a private tent for two for $350 each. Glampers in a group of three can reserve a private tent for $315 each. Glampers in a group of four can reserve a private tent for $285 each.

We’ll send more details once you register, but go ahead and plan for the basics … water bottle, comfy hiking gear, journal, your favorite pillow, a yoga mat or towel, jacket, cozy campfire blanket, trail snacks, water shoes and a soccer-mom-on-the-sidelines chair.

EMBRACE YOUR BRAVE (SILENT) SPONSOR – $375 – for the cost of one glamper, this contribution will be used for a scholarship to enable a glamper to attend free of charge. Donors can choose to remain anonymous or silently be revealed to the scholarship recipient(s).
