Stronger Girl Coffee founder Stacy Smith Rogers discovered the power of community in a unique story of entrepreneurship, grief and encouraging others to embrace challenges with strength, faith and boldness. Her former business, The Paddock Coffee + Eats + Gatherings, earned the 2021 Tourism Business of the Year award, just two years after opening in the midst of the pandemic and personal challenges. It became a source of hope and an example of perseverance for thousands of guests. In December of 2022, she sold the coffee shop to a non-profit that is continuing her hospitality model and brand as well as the mission to serve and inspire others.

Coffee is still part of her story through online sales of Stronger Girl coffee and candles. In addition to marketing Stronger Girl, Stacy helps others tell their own brand stories and hosts experiences designed for women, including overnight retreats, book clubs, adventure experiences and writing workshops. She’s also been known to rappel down an 18-story building for a good cause every now and then. In 2024, she made her off-Broadway storytelling debut in LoveNotes! in New York City, marking her first year anniversary of Stronger Girl in a sequins dress under the spotlight. With aspirations to launch a podcast, publish a memoir, deliver a Ted Talk and become a grandmother in the near future, she is continuing to rise on her own stronger girl journey.
