Morning Routines and Pickleball Matches

Each morning, I light a candle and enjoy long sips of Stronger Girl while journaling. I learn a lot thru this morning routine — sometimes thru simple reflection, prayer and the prompts in my journal, courtesy of JMB Living. The focus this week is on “strategies for patience.” I have to admit … Patience is NOT my best friend. This is a challenge for me. Every. Single. Day.

Sometimes when I need to “work” on something in my life (like hanging out with good ole’ Patience), I’m given an opportunity to test out my skills. This week is one of those teaching moments.

There’s something on the horizon that I’m really excited about, but Patience is standing in my way, arms crossed, guarding it with no hints of when I can gain entry to the thing I really want. This pickleball match between Team Anticipation and Team Patience is dizzying. So, sometimes it’s best to just take another sip of Stronger Girl, breathe in the scent of Cowgirl Campfire’s roasted marshmallows and smoked cedar and wait a little longer for the thing that requires patience.

I know I’m not alone in this back-and-forth struggle. My guess is you might be feeling the pain too. If so, I hope you’ll consider lighting a candle and sipping some Stronger Girl with me!

Do you have connections to a company (or know someone who does) that markets products or content to women?

My goal in March is to partner with companies that value their connection to women. I’m boldly promoting sales of our 5-pound bags of Stronger Girl, and I welcome your help in getting these conversations started!

I’m looking for companies of all sizes to purchase subscriptions to Stronger Girl — or even a one-time purchase of bulk coffee orders. Ideally, they would serve Stronger Girl in-house to their employees or to attendees during a special gathering, conference or celebration. Perhaps, they just want to GIVE it away!

It’s time to THINK BIG …. businesses that sell to women, support women or provide content to women. Added bonuses such as free gifts, in-person appearances, speaking engagements, writing workshops and essays are on the table. (I’m even willing to break out the sequins dress again!)
